I'll put my staging certification to good use by making recommendations based off your current furnishings. I'll take the hassle out of your hands, and will coordinate with my trusted vendors and contractors.

I hire the industry's finest photographers and videographers for all of my listing imagery, no matter the perceived property value. I believe in the art of  "story-telling" marketing, which I'll use to get potential buyers to pay attention to your listing and vision themselves in your home prior to viewing. I'll capture local amenities and community conveniences to entice more showings.
